Description
Film has come of age in our culture and stands with literature, history, and other fields in giving us not just entertainment but works of enduring importance. What are film lovers to do, though, when they want to talk about the movie they’ve just seen? Here’s an opportunity: come to the Dallas Institute one Monday night a month during the Fall to discuss currently running films we’ll all have agreed to watch. For each meeting, a local film critic or professor will guide our selection and then lead the monthly conversation about film in general and a current film in particular.
Tuition: Members $80, Nonmembers $90, Teachers $25
