Polish Classics Cooking Class
September 9, 2008
Witamy to the Polish Classics course. Our chef, Nancy Maslonka, is excited to share with you cherished recipes from her childhood. She started out at her babcia’s apron learning how to make such classics as pierogi (dough pockets stuffed with various fillings, sweet or savory), golabki (meat and rice stuffed cabbage rolls) and placki (crispy potato pancakes). Learn the trick to tender pierogi dough and a variation on traditional golabki gravy.
