Brooklyn Brewery Beer Dinner

Victory Tavern will put a little of the Big Apple in your beer on Wednesday, Sept. 17, when the city grille hosts a craft beer dinner with Brooklyn Brewery. The brewery’s brewmaster, Garrett Oliver, has been compared to a “liquid artist,” creating each of the Brooklyn Brewery beers from a different malt base. This approach gives each beer its own distinct flavor profile, making it ideal for pairing with a wide variety of foods. Oliver is the author of The Brewmaster's Table: Discovering the Pleasures of Real Beer with Real Food.

Victory Tavern Chef Jim Oetting has created a four-course menu to be paired with Brooklyn Brewery’s Brown Ale, East India Pale Ale, Lager and Brooklyn Local 1. The dinner will be kicked off with a grill-side reception on the Victory Tavern patio, and Brooklyn Brewery’s Chris Rom will be on hand to give diners insight into each of the featured brews.
