Pretty much planning on heading there straight after work. Hope to see some PegNews folks there; come up and say hi if you see me walking around. I should be fairly drunk, and therefore social.
Also, it sure would be nice if Pegasus News was an official sponsor, with a big banner and stuff.

No need to buy a 2008 mug if you have one from years past. They'll fill up any previous mug.

Can someone confirm that you can use prior year mugs? Figured it'd be addressed on the official site's FAQs, but it's not.

Do you dare question me?
I have been several times and every year they will fill any official prior year's mugs up.

k, past doesn't guarantee they're doing it this year too. I nominate a staffer to investigate and report back.

david is right - we go every year, and they'll fill any prior year's mug. i was there thursday and can confirm it to be no different this year.
in fact, there were several folks with full liter steins that they'd fill, too - though they doubled the purchase price on those (the addison mugs hold a little over half a liter).

Ya, I don't know why ScoD doesn't want to believe GZA the Genius.

Wasn't that I didn't believe, simply sought confirmation. Took my mug and used it just fine.

I respect my Hebrew ways. Didn't even have to be an Oktoberfest mug - simply a mug. I basically have little trust when it comes to beer AND money.
Couldn't believe people left their mugs laying around at the end of the night. I picked up 5 of 'em on my way out.
