East Meets West: A Evening of Indian Music and Dance
April 10
, 2009
Indian and South Asian music and dance are among the oldest and finest forms of expressing human passions: ecstasy, agony, hope, sorrow, desire, apathy. Enjoy an evening devoted to exploring two major streams known as the Margi (classical) and the Desi (folk) styles. Find yourself transported to a faraway land of dreams and passion.
