The four-course brunch (with options) is $79 per person including champagne for adults, and $24 for a three-course menu for children under 12.
Offering such selections as a Spanish Potato and Onion Omelette with jamon serrano, Slow Roasted Colorado Rack of Lamb, Alaskan Salmon Filet with seared prawns, and White Chocolate-Tahitian Vanilla Flan with pineapple granite, Chef Anthony Bombaci cooks to please.
