Heart and Hearth in Renaissance Italy

A Friday Workshop for adults, on April 17, 2009, from 2 to 4 p.m. This afternoon program for adults of all ages is offered in conjunction with the special exhibition Art and Love in Renaissance Italy. This workshop includes exhibition tours and an art activity.
Charming vignettes of family life depicted on exquisite, hand-painted ceramics provide subjects and patterns for participants to adapt in their own plate designs.
The materials fee is $15 ($12 for Kimbell members). A light snack from the Buffet Restaurant is included. To register, contact the education department at 817-332-8451, ext. 297. This program is generously supported by Chase.
