Please join us for our next “Grape Expressions” tasting event focused on the Contemporary Cocktail. Sample unique versions created by our Sommelier Hunter Hammett and Bar Manager Matt Briggs paired with Chef jW Foster’s imaginative cuisine.
First: White Sangria. Canadian Salmon Cake, Creole Essences, Napa Cabbage Slaw, Oregano-Scallion Aioli
Second: Wasabi Martini. Sesame Tuna Sashimi, Roasted Avocado, Ginger Tempura, Hoisin Lacquer
Third: Watermelon Gin & Tonic. Heirloom Tomato Salad, Shaved Cucumber, Red Onion, Toasted Cumin & Coriander Vinaigrette
