On Friday, April 24, Victory Tavern will pair the beers of Pennsylvania’s Victory Brewing Company with a delicious four-course menu by Dallas’ own Chef Jim Oetting. A special three-course menu will couple creations such as Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Sriracha Crema, Grilled Flatiron Steak with Vine Ripened Tomato and Warm Oatmeal Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches with the Victory Beer selections.
