Tim Love hosts a "Top Chef cookoff" at his new Love Shack So7, starring Ilan Hall and Richard Blais from Top Chef and six local Fort Worth and Dallas chefs:
Blaine Staniford (Grace), Jason Boso (Twisted Root), Jon Bonnell (Bonnell's), Aaron Staudenmaier & TJ Lengnick (Abacus), Scott Freeman (The Porch), Scott Romano (Charlie Palmer at the Joule).
The event is free and open to the public, and will take place from 3 until 6 p.m.

This event is probably linked wrong in the location database of the Pegasusnews.com webserver. The map and related events are shown in Dallas ... but the Love Shack So7 restaurant is actually in Fort Worth.
