The following dishes will be demonstrated:
· Heirloom Tomato Salad with Lump Crab and Avocado;
· Chicken Involtino with Asparagus, Prosciutto and Mozzarella Cheese in Sage.
The cost is $50 per person and each dish will be complemented with a glass of wine. Reservations can be made by calling Ferrari's Italian Villa 972-980-9898.
