Celebrated Executive Chef Chris Ward celebrates the "Dog Days of Summer" with a magical afternoon of food, fun and a silent auction at The Mercury benefiting The Greyhound Adoption League of Texas. On Sunday, August 30 (2-5pm), Chef Ward will demonstrate some favorite recipes including Shrimp Tempura, Miniature Tacos, Spooned Risotto, Cobb Salad and Chicken Satay.
Cost is $40 per person which includes 1 drink ticket (additional beverages at cash bar), cooking demonstration with Chris Ward with a souvenir recipe book of demonstrated recipes, and a doggy bag of special canine treats for your pampered pooch. For those desiring a more personalized experience, a limited number of VIP tickets are available for $75. In addition to mentioned items, a VIP ticket provides access to premium reserved seating and a personalized gift from the chef.
