Many galleries and businesses on Dragon Street will stay open until 8:00 the first Thursday of every month.

- Bolla: 5 pm - 7:30 pm: $5 well drinks and $8 select martinis with complimentary Bolla Bites.
- Stoneleigh P: 4 pm - 7 pm: $2.75 drafts, $3.50 wells
- Cadillac Bar: 3 pm - 7 pm: $1 off beer, wells and margaritas
- El Fenix Mexican Restaurant: 3 pm - 6 pm: $6 margaritas; $1 off all liquor
- Palomino European Bistro: 3 pm - 6 pm: $2 select liquors, $2 draft beers/ 10 pm - 11 pm: $2 select liquors, $2 draft beers
