Blue Vs. Red Charity Flag Football Game

This is the ninth year that the two public safety departments will square off. The tally is six wins for the fire department and two for the police department. The firefighters won in 2008 as both teams battled wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour.
The flag football game benefits Heart for the Kids and is hosted by the Burleson Professional Fire Fighters Association Local #4025 and Burleson Police Officers Association. The cost of admission is one unwrapped toy for a needy child.
