Valentine’s Day Cooking Class

Chef Stefano Secchi will serve up amore during a cooking class by featuring aphrodisiac inspired dishes. Each dish will be complemented with a glass of wine.
The following dishes will be demonstrated:
Pan Seared Scallops drizzled with Pomegranate and served with Mushroom Risotto, White Truffle Oil and Pine nuts; and
Dessert-Chocolate Espresso Custard with Cardamom.
