Spaten Beer Dinner

On Tuesday, Feb. 24 at Victory Tavern, German beer fans will taste a variety of brews from Spaten, the 600-year-old brewery out of Munich that invented the ever-popular Oktoberfest beer. Each of the classic German brews will be paired with delicious updates of traditional German cuisine devised by Victory Tavern’s Chef Jim Oetting.
Among the beers that will be featured are Spaten Pilsner, Franziskaner Weissbier, Spaten Lager, Spaten Oktoberfest and Spaten Optimator. Tod Bolyard with Spaten will be on hand to talk about the brews out of Munich, Germany.
