Three leading scholars of American women's history will give presentations: Juliana Barr of the Unversity of South Florida, Laura Edwards of Duke University and Marjorie Julian Spruill of the University of South Carolina. Each will address the topic of how Texas women's history meshes with the history of women in the Spanish Borderlands and the American South.
