Yea that about right, Ft Worth came out of the Mexcian war with Texas and the United States, General Robert E Lee was assigned to Texas at one point and the West became tame by the 1890s, while the old Chuck wagon was a rolling refrigrator on wheels back then, with hard tack, bacon, ham, boiled chicken, beans, sausage and rolls made with flour by hand, a neat ride for the kids and elderly alike, until then..A/T, Chuckwagon History.
