Chef Brian Olenjack will fuse a gourmet menu inspired by Texas' famous Spoetzl brewery, makers of the legendary Shiner family of beers.

Come out to Olenjack's Grille for a four-course prix-fixe menu that includes:

1st Course: Garlic, Sausage & Provolone Cheese stuffed Portobello Mushroom Beer served: Shiner Hefeweizen

2nd Course: Grilled Tomato Gazpacho with Micro Arugula Beer served: Shiner Smokehouse

3rd Course: Smoked Beef Tenderloin with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce & Grilled Ratatouille Beer served: Shiner 100 Commemorator

4th Course: Blueberry Bock Pie with Cornmeal Crust Beer served: Shiner Bock
