Cheesemaking Class

Learn how to make Fresh Mozzarella and Ricotta! This class includes a behind-the-scenes tour of Dallas’ award-winning Mozarella Company www.mozzco.com and a hands-on cheesemaking class and is concluded with a wine and cheese tasting. Students receive a Mozzarella Company chef’s apron and take home all the cheeses that they make in class.
