Justin Harris, owner of Shui Long Martial Arts, returns to TCU this summer to teach the basics of Tai Chi. Tai Chi Chuan is a style of Kung Fu whose emphasis is on developing internal force and energy flow for health, self-defense, and mental acuity. Learn this ancient Chinese art for fun and fitness. Meet outside the library at 7:45 a.m. and get ready for your day.
