This class focuses on beginning and advanced throwing techniques, but experienced handbuilders are also welcome. Students learn at their own pace to throw from the hump, safely increase their centering mass, and create altered wheel-thrown forms. We will use stoneware clay, food safe cone 6 oxidation glazes and various alternative firing processes such as raku. Maximum 8 students. The fee includes 25 pounds of clay.
$165 Members ($195 Non-Members) $35 Kiln & Clay Fee.
