Please join us for a tasting event focused around the Contemporary Cocktail.
We will taste unique versions created by our Sommelier Hunter Hammett, paired with the “Modern American” cuisine of Chef jW Foster.

Wasabi Martini – Spiced Calamari Taco, Pickled Carrot Slaw, Tomatillo Salsa, Avocado crème
Cantaloupe Infusion – Crisp Parma Ham, Ripe Texas Melon, Fleur de Sel, Charred Lemon Foam
In-House Kummel Liqueur – House Cured Salmon Gravlax, Mandarin – Fennel Cured, Terrace Dill Crème Fraîche, Grainy Honey Mustard
Pisco Punch – Citrus Grilled Texas Quail, Organic Red Quinoa, Sun Cherry & Lemon-Thyme Salad
Summer Thyme Blood Mary – House Chili Rubbed Prawn, Pickled Onion, Spiced Olive Salad, Charred Baguette Crostini
