Chef/Owner Brian C. Luscher will feature the weekly a la carte brunch menu in addition to some favorites for Dad's special day including In-House Dry Aged Ribeye, Texas Eggs Benedict, and Chef Brian's all time-favorite Homemade Bratwurst Plate with all of the Fixin's (Baked Beans, Old Fashioned Potato Salad, Deviled Egg, Beer Braised Onions and House-Made Mustard).

- Sugar Shack: 6 pm - 9 pm: $2 wells, pints and domestic bottles
- Trader Vic's: 5 pm - 7 pm: $5 mai tai's, zombies and bahias
- Whisky Bar: 4 pm - 7 pm: $2 domestics, $2 wells
- Zephyrs Lounge: 12 pm - 12 am: $2 you call it, $1 beers
