Wines From Around the World Dinner

Chef Brian Olenjack has put together a delectable four-course dinner with some of his favorite wines from around the world. Menu highlights include Spiced Rubbed Grilled Flank Steak and Grilled Pound Cake Sundae with Texas Peaches & Honey Citrus Syrup. International wine pairings featured are from Spain, Germany, and Italy.
Tuesday, June 23, 7 p.m. $55 per person. Prices do not include tax and gratuity.
1st Course: Orange Sweet & Spicy Shrimp Wine served: Campogrande Ovierto, Italy
2nd Course: Garden Salad with Pepperoncini Peppers, Black Olives, Red Onions, Smoked Tomato Dressing Wine served: Lincourt, Chardonnay, Santa Barbra
3rd Course: Spiced Rubbed Grilled Flank Steak, Grilled Cippolini Onions & Portabello Mushrooms, Garlic Creole Roasted Tomatoes Wine served: Castille de Monseran, Garnacha, Carinena Spain
4th Course: Pound Cake Sundae with Texas Peaches & Honey Citrus Syrup Wine served: Rudolf Muller, Eiswein, Germany
