Grillin’ and Chillin’ Cooking Class & Lunch

Mercury Restaurant Executive Chef Chris Ward will share grilling secrets for preparing steak and seafood on an outdoor grill at his "Grillin' & Chillin" Cooking Class & Lunch, noon to two, Saturday June 27 at The Mercury, 11909 Preston Road.
Festivities include a Hasty Bake raffle. Sponsored by Allen Brothers and Hasty Bake, Ward will share personal recipes and demonstrate techniques such as how to select, season and grill quality cuts of beef and seafood and perfecting potato salad and vegetables for summer entertaining.
The cost of the class, recipe book and steak/seafood lunch with summer cocktail is $125 per person. Reservations requested by calling 972-960-7774.
