Benefiting the Dallas Furniture Bank, this People's Choice competition of Dallas bakers will also feature a honor presentation of 40 Under 40 - 40 individuals under the age of 40 whose civic contributions are outstanding.
$40 per ticket/$75 for Patrons.
Feast on tempting treats from Dallas' top bakers while enjoying complimentary champagne and wine, entertainment and tours of The Beat property. Tickets will be sold for $40 and $75 with sponsorship packages starting at $1,250, all proceeds will go towards the Dallas Furniture Bank.
Battle of the Bakers will highlight the sense of SMELL, featuring the top Dallas bakers competing for the People's Choice award. Judges include Bronwen Weber of Frosted Art Bakery and Food Network Challenge judge; Mr. Dallas, columnist for The Dallas Morning News; Dunia Borga of La Duni Restaurants; and Oscar Joyner, president of Reach Media Inc. Local Dallas Bakers entered to compete are, Screen Door, Empire Baking Company, CucaLu Cruffles & Cakes, Wackym's Kitchen, The Tower Club, Il Cane Rosso, Silver Spoon Cuisine, and Meringue Bakery.
