A four-course presentation that includes smoked spicy shrimp, fried green tomatoes, and italian sausage stuffed pork-loin topped off with dark chocolate and merlot crème brulee. Wines featured will include the Scout Merlot Russian River 2005, Chardonnay Barrel Select 2006, Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2006, and the Merlot Reserve 2006.
