PlumpJack Wine Dinner

Pappas Bros. Steakhouse will host a five-course wine dinner presented by PlumpJack Winery on March 27th. Tony, Biagi, Head Winemaker at PlumpJack, will attend. The dinner, $175 plus tax and gratuity, begins at 7pm. Reservations are required as seating is limited. (Table purchases are available.)
First Course: Warm Maine Lobster, white asparagus and uni-shellfish hage
Second Course:Cured Pekin Duck, heirloom beets, compressed pear, goat cheese coulis.
Third Course: Slow roasted waygu beef, cepe fondont, red wine glaze.
Dessert: Red Wine Chocolate ganache, cocoa sponge, morello cherrie, fennel coulis. Reservations - call 214-366-2000.
