Lucas Grabeel of the High School Musical series plays Donny Greene, a music talent manager wannabe who has a knack for recognizing great musicians but is never quite the right person to manage them. His big talk and attitude lands him a job managing an all-girl Japanese band that believe him when he says he will make them famous in America.
The film features sparkling music by the real-life Japanese band ORESKABAND, and colorful animation, which adds fresh visual entertainment to the film without being overwhelming.
Lock & Roll Forever is a high-energy, feel-good comedy that has all the elements of a good family film: great music, an inspirational story and a Disney movie star.
