Earth Hour at Pyramid Restaurant

Pyramid Restaurant at The Fairmont Dallas has created a special menu for this weekend’s “Earth Hour” observance.
On Saturday, March 28th, the restaurant will be lit only with candles and guests may also check out the lights being turned off throughout downtown Dallas from our Terrace level. Check out the menu below:
First: Cane Sugar Gravlax, Whole Wheat Blinis, West Texas Honeyed Crème Fraîche, Loch Duart Scottish Salmon (Sustainably Farm Raised Atlantic Salmon)
Second: Grapefruit Lacquered Quail, Organic Shiitake Tempura, Baby Spinach, Ginger Vinaigrette (Quail is from Lockhart County Texas & Mushrooms are Local Organic)
Third: Local Wild Boar Chop, Deep Ellum Blue Cheese Polenta, Petite Vegetables, Texas Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Veal Glaze (Blue Cheese is from a Local Dallas Cheese maker & Boar is Organically Local)
Fourth: Limoncello Cheesecake, Citrus Infused Mascarpone Cheese, Pecan, Raw Sugar Crust Huckleberry Preserve (Limoncello is House made, Pecans are from West Texas)
