Ballmer joined Microsoft Corporation in 1980 and was the first business manager hired by Bill Gates. Together with Gates and other company leaders, he is focused on continuing Microsoft's innovation and leadership across the company's seven businesses.
Hosted by the Chamber’s Technology Business Council, this year’s State of Technology Luncheon is expected to draw record attendance with more than 800 industry leaders and executives. In conjunction with the luncheon is the Innovation Showcase, open from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., where more than 40 companies will showcase their cutting-edge products and services with hands-on exhibits.
