Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides Dallas 5K Walk

On Saturday, May 16, 2009, you can make a difference in the lives of people with cystic fibrosis (CF). Nearly 1000 walkers are expected to take part in the 20th annual 5K starting at 8:30 am at Fair Park in Dallas. The 5K will feature music, children’s entertainment and celebrations for walkers and volunteers. This walk is a part of the national Great Strides campaign celebrating May as National Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month.
