Renaissance Portraiture

This afternoon program for adults of all ages is offered in conjunction with the special exhibition Art and Love in Renaissance Italy. This workshop includes exhibition tours and an art activity.
Delve into the rich symbolism and nuanced artistry of great Renaissance portraitists, and then apply lessons from Fra Filippo Lippi, Lorenzo Lotto, and others to create your own portrait profile.
The materials fee is $15 ($12 for Kimbell members). A light snack from the Buffet Restaurant is included. To register, contact the education department at 817-332-8451, ext. 297.
