A VIP wine event on Thursday, May 28 featuring guest speaker Rocio Gonzales, regional sales director for Minor Vineyards. The dinner will consist of a five-course banquet-style dinner, paired with five wine selections from Minor Family Vineyards. Guests can enjoy Heirloom Flower, Lobster Potato Ravioli, Beef Carpacio, Slow Pached Copper River Salmon and Almond Tuile, all for $69 a person. Reservations are required.
