* Whole Roasted Red Snapper with Orange, Fennel & Nicoise Olives
* Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Applewood Smoked Bacon & Apple Cider Reduction
* Roasted Assortment of Wild Mushrooms
* Hubbard Squash Purée
* Braised Red Cabbage
