Senior Center Luncheon to Honor Veterans

The Carrollton Senior Center will host a Veteran’s Day Celebration at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 11. The New Horizons band will perform patriotic music after lunch. The event is free, but registration ends Monday, November 9. Veterans, their guests, and widows of veterans who plan to attend are asked to register in person at the Senior Center front desk or by phone at 972-466-4850.
All veterans are also encouraged to be recognized by sharing their story with the city for the new Military Recognition Program. In a new program effort, veteran, and active duty military personnel stories are being shared on the city's website.
