Cakebread Wine Dinner

Scott and Gina Gottlich, owners of acclaimed five-star Bijoux, recently returned from the prestigious American Harvest Workshop at Cakebread Cellars in Napa and have created a Cakebread pairing dinner in celebration of the workshop. Ripe with new discoveries as well as inspiration gleaned from their time in Napa, the menu brings together the culinary brilliance of Chef Gottlich and the pairing prowess of his wife, Gina. The menu will be offered in addition to the regular tasting menu for three days allowing guests to come in and enjoy the feast whenever they wish. $58 per person/$95 per person with wine pairings.
