Advanced Hula Hooping

The Advanced Hula Hooping Class is for those who have taken the Beginning Hula Hooping class or are very secure in hula hooping around your waist and already know some off-the-body hooping tricks. You will be building on what you learned in the beginning class with a special emphasis on chest hooping, knee hooping, and more advanced tricks and combinations.
