French Armagnac & Food Pairing

French wine and spirits expert Alain Royer joins you from France to lead you through a nuanced tasting of French Armagnacs (an earthy cousin of Cognac) and how to pair them with various foods. You'll taste various Armagnacs with sweet and savory flavors including cheese, foie gras, fruits and chocolates. Alain will be accompanied by Mark Monfrey of the Artisanal Beverage Company, a local spirits and artisanal beers specialist, and Elizabeth New of French Affaires.
