Thanksgiving Dinner

Dragonfly at Hotel ZaZa will again offer its annual holiday spread this Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 26, from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m, and upon leaving, guests will receive a complimentary “Turkey Tote,” filled with the requisite fixings for a post-Thanksgiving turkey sandwich.
Diners will enjoy Executive Chef Grant Morgan’s four-course, prix fixe meal, offering a variety of chef-inspired traditional plates: Appetizers (Pan Roast Texas Quail -sweet potato cornbread & nutmeg cream, Sauteed Head On Shrimp -red chile tamale & queso fresco, Blue Crab Risotto - horseradish & parmesan), Soup and Salad (Acorn Squash Soup - crème fraiche, spicy pepitas, Baby Spinach Salad -warm bacon vinaigrette, blue cheese, dried cranberries & spicy pecans), Entrees (Turkey Dinner - garlic mashed potatoes, gravy, haricots verts, stuffing & fresh cranberry sauce, Grilled Venison -confit fingerling potatoes, caramelized turnips & huckleberries, Lamb Rack - stone ground grits, honey glazed baby carrots, Grilled Mahi Mahi -celeriac-potato puree & lemon-sage butter) and Dessert (Spiced Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Pumpkin Pie)
