Oh Canada, what a way to get the show on the road, by featuring Canada's fastest-rising star, and one of Montreal's Just For Laughs' all-time favourite comics, Jeremy Hotz. Named Eye Magazine's Comedian of the Year, Jeremy will soon be reprising his Gemini Award-winning role in the feature film version of CBC's acclaimed series, The Newsroom. In addition to his appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Late Show with David Letterman, Jeremy has earned a Gemini nomination for his comedy special Whatever Happened to Jeremy Hotz?, he has written for The Jon Stewart Show and sunk his teeth into the film industry with roles in My Favorite Martian and Speed 2: Cruise Control.
