Darioush Wine Dinner

Join proprietor Darioush Khaledi and Mansion Wine and Beverage Director Michael Flynn for an elegant dinner featuring the wines of Darioush Winery, located in the appellations of Napa Valley, Mt. Veeder and Oak Knoll. Noted for its Bordeaux-style estate wines, Darioush implements old world, labor-intensive micro-vineyard management and state-of-the-art technology to craft wines of precision and quality.

Guests will enjoy Darioush wines during a five-course dinner and reception prepared by Mansion Executive Sous Chef Eric Brandt. View the menu and wines, including roasted squab with vanilla risotto and spiced pears and blood orange mousse for dessert.
