Lone Star Wind Orchestra: CityScapes

Led by principal conductor Eugene Migliaro Corporon, the wind orchestra welcomes to stage Harmonie del Sur to perform Aaron Copland's sublime "Quiet City." Other works on the program include Texas-based composer Scott McAllister's "Popcopy," Satoshi Yagisawa's ancient inspired work "Machu Picchu," a look at the city of Paris through Martin Ellerby's "Paris Sketches," the rush of Scott Boerma's "Cityscape" and to top things off, W. Paris Chamber's concert march, "The Chicago Tribune March."
