One Arts Plaza will host a free event open to the public on Sunday,October 18, 2009 to celebrate the opening of the AT&T Dallas Center of Performing Arts. Hunter Sullivan and his acclaimed 14-piece jazz band will be performing live in the plaza beginning at 6 p.m.
