The Planner’s Zone Trade Show

Planning group events in Denton is made easier at The Planner’s Zone. This trade show, presented by the Denton Convention & Visitor Bureau, features the offerings of group facilities, suppliers and attractions in the Denton area. Whether you’re planning a reunion, conference, special event or a meeting for your company, church, organization, or family, this show has directions for all. The Planner’s Zone is set for Tuesday, October 20, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.at the University of North Texas Gateway Center, 801 N. Texas Blvd.
The Planner’s Zone provides valuable information on facilities, overnight accommodations, catering, attractions and services available in Denton and the surrounding area. Local planners are invited to attend and find resources for planning your function.
“The response to the trade show last year was tremendous,” said Dana Lodge, Denton CVB Sales and Servicing Manager. “This year's Planner’s Zone will provide helpful tips and information to meeting planners of all levels, whether it’s for a family reunion or an organization’s regional or national conference.”
Exhibitor space is still available to showcase hotels, catering services, meeting facilities, transportation, promotional products, and restaurants among other local services. The general public, especially those planning an event, are welcome to attend the Planner’s Zone and there is no admission fee. There will be door prizes and food samples given away throughout the show.
