1st course: Prosciutto-wrapped figs w/ tamarind glaze paired with Spaten Dunkel
2nd course: Warm goat cheese, walnut, and pear salad paired with Spaten Oktoberfest
3rd course: Pesto broccoli soup w/ rosemary & black truffle oil bread paired with Spaten Premium
4th course: Smoked sea-salt filet with sweet potato orzo and artichoke roses paired with Spaten Optimator
5th course: Chocolate cranberry bread pudding with lemon curd paired with Spaten Franziskaner Dunkel
