Baylor Health Care System Foundation hosts the 10th annual Celebrating Women luncheon on October 22 at the Hilton Anatole to benefit research, community outreach and expanded technology for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer throughout Baylor Health Care System. Award-winning actress Christina Applegate will be the guest speaker. The star of the ABC comedy “Samantha Who?” was diagnosed with breast cancer in April 2008 and underwent a double mastectomy. Her mother is also a breast cancer survivor.
