Red Steagall Cowboy Gathering & Swing Festival

The 19th annual event to feature Cowboy music, poetry and rodeo performances. The gathering will feature family oriented activities where visitors can experience the true west including everything from poets and musicians to rodeo performances featuring ranch hands from some of the most famous Texas ranch families each night.

The festival's family-friendly activities kick-off Friday, Oct. 23 with a Chuck Wagon Parade. Events throughout the weekend will include an authentic cook-off, Ranch Rodeo, competitions in wild cow milking, bronc riding, team roping, team doctoring, calf branding, maverick branding, mutton bustin', team sorting and more.
