Join Mansion Wine and Beverage Director Michael Flynn for an elegant dinner featuring Staglin Family Vineyard wines. The Napa Valley winery strives to create "great wines for great causes" and has raised $710 million to support various charities to date. But the family also takes their land seriously and employs organic farming techniques and solar power.

Guests will enjoy Staglin wines during a five-course dinner and reception prepared by Mansion Executive Sous Chef Eric Brandt. The menu includes roasted halibut with blood orange reduction and sage-crusted rack of pork.
